TRUE STORIES FOR HEALING, PEACE AND HOPE

MIRACLES OF LOVE WRAPPED UP IN A PHOTOGRAPH

Several years ago, one of the moms with whom I have had the privilege of working, Brenda, showed me some remarkable photographs having to do with her son, Matthew, who had died. The pictures were of her family's Christmas celebration, something she had not felt she could do. However, she had three other children and felt the need to make Christmas happen for them – though her heart was heavy.

During the first Christmas after Matthew had died, Brenda made a point of taking lots of photos of her children coming downstairs and, then, of them opening their gifts. As usual, she had their gifts in piles in their normal locations under the tree.

Two of her most interesting pictures were of the stairs that Matt would have come down Christmas morning and of the spot in which he would have been opening his gifts. In both locations, the photos revealed large circles of colored energy, known as orbs. Their appearance in such specific, meaningful locations provided Brenda with the confirmation that Matt was right there with her and the family, sharing the holiday with them. There were no other orbs in any of her photos – only in those where her son would have been. Matt had also revealed his displeasure about the Christmas tree the family chose that year. Unfortunately, within a few years, just as Brenda was beginning to heal and make her way back to living a better quality of life, Brenda lost another son, Stephen. One can only imagine the sense of devastation this can cause a parent to experience. But, there were ways her son chose to let Brenda know that he, too, was present for her.

For example, she shared with me that she had left Stephen's jacket hanging on the back of a chair. During a holiday dinner, the family had gathered around the table, with places being left for her two sons who had died. When one of her children was taking a picture that included the chair with Stephen's jacket, he noticed something odd. In the collar area of the jacket, in which a face would normally be seen, there was an orb -with a face in it – and it appeared to be that of Stephen! Obviously, this was a stunning vision for the family, and especially so for the son who saw it and normally would never have believed such things could be possible!

Once again, Stephen had been present for his family and they were able to be aware of this, thanks to the photographs they were taking. While there are no words for what a family feels when they experience a holiday without a loved one who has died, such photographs bring some level of comfort and, over time, contribute to the family learning to have a different kind of relationship with their deceased family member.

Recently, I received a photo of a family opening their holiday gifts. One of the parents, the mom, had recently died of cancer. Yet, the she was in the photo next to the children, helping them open their gifts. The dad was also in the picture and the deceased mom was seen, as an orb, in the photo. Amazing!...Like Stephen, she had found a way to be especially present, enabling her orb to clearly reflect her image. This brought her family enormous comfort.

Miracles are expressions of Love. Each of these extraordinary stories of Miracles shared with you on these pages is about the expression of love. When you choose love, one of the highest energetic vibrations, you vibrate at such a high level, that miracles are within the realm of possibilities. So, if you are hoping for a miracle, why not intentionally choose unconditional love?

Final Thoughts About Miracles:

The recipe for miracles is simple: To cook up a miracle or two, be conscious of how you choose to see and feel whatever comes onto your path. (Your perspective plays a huge role here.) Start with choosing to see the beauty, joy and gifts the experience brings into your life .Then, choose to mix this with the love you feel in your heart – for yourself, first, and then for humanity – and, then, bam! You will have a miracle or two or three or more coming your way! It is simpler than you realize.
